It’s nice to meet you!
Hi, I’m Dr. Fedele
I started my journey to become a psychologist in 2012. I view the foundation of therapy as a trusting and supportive relationship. Given my own diverse identity, I deeply appreciate the significance of building trust with healthcare providers.
My core interests include understanding how we form and maintain habits, the process of unlearning patterns that no longer serve us, and building new ones. This passion drives my commitment to helping individuals make meaningful changes in their lives.
I have trained and worked in a variety of settings, including community mental health, private practice, and VA hospitals. During my time in hospital settings, I found working within integrated care teams highly rewarding, as it gave me the opportunity to contribute to the comprehensive care of patients. I am more than willing to coordinate with your medical providers to support your overall well-being. I also have training and experience in research, supervision, and consultation.
Outside of my professional life, I value time spent outdoors, enjoy the company of family and friends, and cherish being a mom.
