How we can work together

Currently, Dr. Fedele is in-network with Aetna commercial insurance for PA residents.

Otherwise, like many specialty providers, Dr. Fedele’s services are self-pay.

If you have out-of-network benefits, you may be eligible for reimbursement from your insurance. I can provide you with a document, a “super-bill”, that you may submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

If you want to see if your insurance reimburses for out-of-network providers, I suggest calling your insurance company and asking the following questions:

• Do I have out of network coverage?

• If yes, do I have an out of network deductible? And how much of my out of network deductible has been met this year? 

• If the deductible is met or there is no deductible, what dollar amount or percentage will be reimbursed for a 30-minute, 45-minute, and 60-minute psychotherapy sessions?

• How do I submit super-bills for reimbursement?

Yes! I have reduced fee slots available each week. Please inquire about availability.

Initial Assessment: $230/60-75 minutes

Individual sessions:

$180/50 minutes ; $100/30 minutes

Group sessions (75 minutes):

$65 for individuals ; $95 for couples
